While crowds naturally flock to the high rise strip of Palm Beach, Divi Beach remains remarkably spacious. Measuring roughly 500 meters long and stretching up to 100 meters wide in certain areas, there is always a spot to claim your own piece of paradise.
The Water: The sea here faces southwest, offering calm, clear waters with gentle waves. It is an absolute dream for swimming, floating, and casual wading
The Sand: The shoreline consists of powdery, brilliant white sand that stays cool underfoot, perfect for long sunset walks
The Vibe: Because the surrounding properties like the Divi Aruba All Inclusive and Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive are low profile buildings located in tropical foliage, the beach feels unconfined and open to the sky.
Beyond pure relaxation, Divi Beach holds a massive claim to fame in the sporting world: it is the official home of the Divi Beach Tennis Aruba tournament.
Held annually around the third week of November, this world-class event transforms a section of the beach into a high energy festival. Over 20 beach tennis courts are set up right on the sand, drawing international athletes and thousands of spectators for a week of competitive matches, music, and vibrant beach parties. If you visit during late autumn, the infectious energy of this tournament is an absolute must experience.
Divi Beach is exceptionally easy to reach whether you are driving a rental car or utilizing public transit.
By Car: From Oranjestad or the cruise port, drive north along J.E. Irausquin Boulevard for roughly 5 minutes. The beach sits right across the street from The Links at Divi Aruba golf course and just south of Druif Beach.
Parking: There is free public parking available in designated lots near the Alhambra Casino and shopping bazaar complex, which is just a short, flat walk away from the sand.
By Bus: If you are taking the public Arubus, simply pull the cord for the dedicated Divi Beach Bus Stop to step right off the bus and onto the beach pathway.
